Did you ever see the Spongebob Movie? In it, one of the characters gives Spongebob and Patrick a bag of winds for...I have no idea, except to waste stupidly.

I postulated that the only place a bag of winds would be useful would be at a DMV.

I honestly have no good explanation for that and never even noticed until now (this photo is years old). This mess was from jumping into a big mud puddle, so maybe the front wheels parted the water enough that the back didn't get as submerged?
